Terms of Use

Effective 24 July 2026. Everwick is operated by an individual owner in Texas, United States.

By using Everwick you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Everwick is a modeling and decision-support tool for your own use, not a financial service.

1. What Everwick is, and is not

Everwick organizes household financial facts, models portfolio and retirement scenarios under assumptions you choose, and lets you test major money decisions before making them. It is educational modeling and structural guidance.

Everwick does not:

Using Everwick creates no adviser-client, broker-client, fiduciary, attorney-client, or accountant-client relationship. Consult professionals licensed in your jurisdiction before significant decisions.

2. Projections are illustrations

Every projection is a deterministic calculation from the inputs and assumptions you supply. The same inputs always produce the same output, which makes results reproducible, not correct. Actual results may differ materially. Market returns, inflation, interest rates, tax law, income, expenses, asset values, and your own behavior all change. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Borrowing and margin scenarios are illustrative only, and borrowing against investments can magnify losses, create liquidity and interest-rate risk, and force liquidation.

3. Open beta

Everwick is in open beta and is provided as-is. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. There is no uptime commitment. Your planning data is stored in your own browser, so clearing browser data, switching devices, or browser limits can erase it, and there is no backup on our side; account data, if you created an account, is held by our sign-in provider as described in the Privacy Policy. Export or record anything you need to keep.

4. Price of use

Everwick is free during open beta. No purchase path exists, and you cannot be charged. A paid "Plus" tier is planned; the tier contents and prices shown in the product are provisional and may change before any paid launch. Nothing here obligates you to buy anything, and no subscription starts automatically.

5. Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your credentials secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact myeverwick@pm.me to have an account deleted. We may suspend or delete an account that is used for abuse, attempted intrusion, or unlawful purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

You may use Everwick's output for your own decisions and share it with your own advisers.

7. Intellectual property

Everwick's name, design, copy, and software remain the property of its owner. Your financial data and the plans you build with it remain yours; we claim no rights over them, and, aside from the optional price-lookup ticker symbols described in the Privacy Policy, we do not receive them.

8. Third-party services

Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication (Google LLC), hosting is provided by Netlify, and optional price lookups contact market-data endpoints. Their handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. Everwick is not responsible for third-party services' availability or accuracy, including the accuracy or timeliness of any market price.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everwick is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation, tax constant, or market price is accurate or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everwick's owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or financial losses arising from decisions you make using Everwick. Because Everwick is provided free of charge, total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The effective date at the top marks the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
